“From first enquiry, to choosing the fire and surround, Manor House gave us support and guidance. A fitting date was maintained even with Covid restrictions, of varying degrees in place. Their fitter has done a really good job of fitting, and the finished job is exceptionally good. The work included raising the lintel that was already in place. To cap it all the chimney pot was capped.”

“Excellent service. They had a range of fires on offer and provided advice an expertise on the type of fire that was best for me. Although they don’t replace or fit fires, they have a range of approved contractors that can do so. They also provided an excellent service. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.”

“A seamless process from when we first visited the shop to when our log burner was installed, 3 months in total. All the staff involved were very helpful and courteous at all times explaining our options at every stage, i.e. choice of log burner, design of stone hearth, installation in our living room. We are delighted with the overall finished appearance and performance.”

“Great service, excellent advice. It was great to actually see the fires, nothing was too much trouble, all questions answered, we were given as much time as we needed to view & ask questions. We went home to measure up & ordered that afternoon by phone. The fire is now in & is exactly we wanted, it has enhanced our living room, we could not have achieved this look without the help of Manor House Fireplaces. We would strongly recommend this company.”

“We recently placed an order for an electric stove from Manor House fireplaces. I was contacted very promptly by a member of staff to inform me that there was a delay in the supply chain and that I would be not receiving it for a few weeks. They asked if I would still like to go ahead with the order which I liked, because this gave me the option to go elsewhere to source it if I needed it sooner. It would have been easy for them to process the order and say nothing until I didn’t receive the item and had to chase it up. By this time it would probably not be worth going to another supplier and they would be assured of the sale. Their honesty and prompt communication convinced me to wait the extra time and proceed with the purchase. I haven’t received the item yet so I can’t comment on product quality, delivery etc at this time.”
