“We are delighted with our new surround and fire. Manor House have a good selection and their sales advisor really helped us to choose the right one for us. The site visit was extremely useful and resulted in a problem free installation thereafter. We found the team at Manor House to be knowledgeable, thorough and courteous.”

“From start to finish the service has been excellent, from initially going in the shop, lots of knowledge and advice, then ordering and arranging fitting which was much quicker than I expected. Then on the day of fitting very tidy, friendly and efficient. Very satisfied with the whole experience.”

“Excellent customer service from the moment you walk through the door in the showroom until the moment the fitters leave the house. Very thorough on explaining options and being told exactly what will happen when they come to fit the fire. Good selection to look at in showroom and catalogues available as a guide. Fitters very friendly and tidy. Highly recommend.”

“Came across these guys by accident , we had been looking to replace our fireplace and fire for some months without finding the right solution . The service from our initial enquiry was very good and every detail was fully explained and discussed with us, particularly as they had to modify the fireplace to ensure the fire could fit our cavity. Delivery and installation was on time and the installation team were very efficient and tidy , again explaining to us the details of the installation. There was one issue found with the flue ( manufacturing fault) which delayed things until the new flue arrived but we were updated regularly. excellent service and installation , we are very pleased and would certainly recommend”

“Manor house were helpful when we visited showroom and responded promptly when we asked questions via email. Delivery was as promised and they were flexbile when we needed to change the delivery address. Whole process was excellent, would highly recommend.”

“Excellent service from start to finish. Warm reception at the showroom with a really good selection of stoves to look at and fantastic advice from Michael. Installation was exactly as described and went really smoothly to give us a beautiful stove and fireplace fitted to a very high standard. Loving the warm toasty feeling only a real fire gives.”
