They have recently relocated their store to Benson in Oxfordshire where they sell a fabulous range of fine homeware and gifts, including soft toys from key brands such as Jellycat where they stock a growing range of loveable childrens toys. Other key brands for the home include Parlane, Voyage Maison and Dora Designs, as well as leading brand candles and diffusers. They have become a key ecommerce retailer selling their gifts all over the world to thousands of happy customers.

Marc Your order was place on Saturday 7th December, it was dispatched on Wednesday 11th December. We are very busy with Seasonal orders at this time of year, so sorry for the 2 day delay in sending. If you care to check the tracking you have been provded with bu Royal Mail you will see it is in transit. As noted it is 7-10 days transit time, there is only one shipment option to choose from, so no extra payment your side. Your comments are very insulting and unnecessary. Happy Christmas!

“The company were excellent. I ordered a small Jellycat product, accidentally selecting the most urgent and expensive form of delivery (£12) when only 2nd class standard was needed. My email on this point wasn’t received but when I called it was all sorted in minutes with a refund of the difference between courier and 2nd class. The order was despatched that day first class and received the next day. The person I spoke to was quick to understand and resolve the matter, professional and courteous. It is only a small thing but the way it was handled means it is a company I’d be very confident to buy from again.”
