Unfortunately your website wouldn't let me order size 8 and size 9 in the same boxing boot. So I ordered the 8 which were to small. Send back over 2 weeks ago with no refund. I then ordered the size 9 you sent me the size 12 but not only that after a delivery attempt the item was returned before I even received. Now I have paid of £220 for 2 pair of boot and have zero pairs. had no refund for either pair. The size 9 I needed is now out of stock. I have a pair of sock that I didn't return which I don't need know as I have no boot.

Was given 3 different shipment dates. Everytime it got close to the date given, it got pushed back by another 3-4 weeks. Best off shopping direct with the main dealer

Promised discount coupon didn’t work on my item , delivery was not swift then I got question if I need something more to add to delivery I’m receiving promotional emails even though I’m sure I search for option not to receive them

Ordered some boots with plenty of time before my fight date, didn’t arrive and was returned to sender, they didn’t contact me to let me know I had to get in contact to find out, anyway I ended up fighting in my trainers so wasn’t very pleased

Tried to buy glossy Top Ten kicks. They sent me the wrong ones ( not the right style). I contacted them but they did not have the right ones to send out. So I asked for a refund. They did refund me but they did not reimburse for the delivery charge and also took extra 2.99 for a return. So I ended up 10 pounds out of pocket and wasted my time.

I purchased handwrap which is now stuck in customs, with a wrong description and value requiring me to pay too high of an amount to collect. Reached to customer service to get reimbursement 3 weeks ago and still no news.... SCAM to avoid

I’m truly sorry to hear about your experience—it sounds incredibly frustrating, and I completely understand why you feel the way you do. Having your handwrap stuck in customs with an incorrect description and value is a mess we absolutely should have avoided. Add to that a lack of response for three weeks? Returning items become a pain. Had to chase up a return label which I had paid for and got the usual “yeah no problem” attitude. Returned the item recorded Royal Mail delivery. And I’m still waiting for my money to be refunded!! 90 day no hassle returns they advertise. Well it’s nothing but hassle. Won’t be using them again!

Shorts tiny despite following sizing guide. Had to return and buy elsewhere 2 sizes bigger. Disappointed at having had to pay over the odds for delivery and return, particularly when you were unable to exchange given you were sold out.
