For starters I have not received my item as you gave a three plus week delivery time. But you sent a review anyway ? Also you have the cheek to ask for a delivery charge at £23 which to the Channel Islands is ridiculous also you don’t take the Vat off The discount looks now to be too good to be true !

I have struggled with made4fighters. I bought some gloves but was sent the wrong size. When I tried to return them the webchat didn’t work and I couldn’t ring in office hours. I then found that I had a return sticker so I sent them back but never got a refund.

Would never buy again from this company. Communication was impossible as answers took at least 2 days. Computer changed my information. Parcel lost. Re sent So stressful

Leggings were ill fitting and not great quality. Seams sat in odd places and the ankles were baggy. Had to return and was going to exchange for a different pair for a brand I know fits properly, but the website kept trying to get me to check out and pay instead of accepting it as an exchange. Could only get a bot through the help function so I lost patience and processed a return, losing money in the process.

After leaving a poor review of a product I was asked by a member of the team to send in pictures of the product so that they could investigate and ensure it was not a manufacturing problems, I happily accepted and sent in pictures to a member of the team and after around 5 days I have yet to receive a response from the team, so now not only am I left with a product in which I am dissatisfied with, I also feel my time has been wasted by the team at Made4Fighters.

The unfilled Fairtex banana bag I received was folded in a way which has damaged the surface which will soon degrade with impacts. Also, the website is a complete nightmare … orders zeroing out and getting though customer services was nigh impossible.

I ordered a pair of 3k Rubber hex dumbells. Only one arrived in the box. The company confirmed that a pair had been posted. So somewhere between posting and arriving one of them was "lost". M4F apologized and I received a refund. Nonetheless, my experience and a package that was compromised in transit means I now have low levels of confidence that the company can deliver.

Was not told of the complete aggravation it would be trying to get goods from them to Spain and took 4 weeks and 6 hours on the phone to customs

Please be reassured this is not the standard delivery time for international orders, unfortunately some parcels are held at customs for some time and can only be released by the customs agent. Generally the process is smooth once the parcel has been cleared, however I am currently investigating with DHL for the reason of the delay and will email you once we have further information. My item was refunded as the parcel was lost, this is likely evri's fault however I was not offered a suitable alternative and the product is no longer in stock, nor are there any other options really available. Sadly it looks like I will have to start using another site.

I have bought gloves from you before and it was a good experience. However this time was different. The gloves came quickly so that was good but the wrong size. I ordered 16oz and got 12oz. I returned to them and stipulated that I wanted the 16oz sent to me instead. I was given a refund and weeks later still have no gloves. Kind regards Alex
