We offer an industry standard rate of £2.99, this covers the return and the postage of the item being sent back out which is usually a lot higher. “Shorts tiny despite following sizing guide. Had to return and buy elsewhere 2 sizes bigger. Disappointed at having had to pay over the odds for delivery and return, particularly when you were unable to exchange given you were sold out.”
