“Got a pair of venum gloves. Same old as any other online store for buying them. However in about 5 month of use they developed a hole. The whole process of getting this looked into and getting a replacement was carried out quickly and effortlessly. Each email I sent was replied to within a day and the whole thing was sorted in a few days by Danielle. I was expecting to have a nightmare trying to get this sorted, but I can't stress enough how quick and easy it was. 10/10 for customer service will definitely be shopping here again.
