“Delivery was within a few days, and there was an easy returns process (I ordered the wrong items - no quibble and quick refund). Only reason I didn't rate a 5 was because I couldn't stop the order when I realised my mistake (within 24 hours of ordering) and delivery (for my replacement) could have been quicker.”

“An error in the warehouse saw me receive the wrong order. I contacted customer service and instantly they got on it. My correct order arrived within a couple of days, return postage was covered and a discount applied to my order the same day. Excellent service.”

“Awful. My product came a week later and was badly damaged, and can’t be refunded. Complete waste of money. I bought a wooden training sword and when I opened the box the tip of the blade was chipped and cracked. Like it was thrown about whilst in delivery. Would not recommend this website.”
