“I ordered a pair of 3k Rubber hex dumbells. Only one arrived in the box. The company confirmed that a pair had been posted. So somewhere between posting and arriving one of them was "lost". M4F apologized and I received a refund. Nonetheless, my experience and a package that was compromised in transit means I now have low levels of confidence that the company can deliver.”

Upon further investigation, I can see the parcel has not been scanned into the couriers network indicating it has gone missing in transit. “Good quality equipment and fast re-fund if you have any issues with your order , parcel usually arrives earlier than the predicted time or on time. Even when during the royal mail strikes.”
