“The site sells some great products and is one of my go to’s for training wear and gear. However, the returns policy isnt great. I’ve returned two items in the past and its taken more than two weeks to get my money back.”

“While I eventually received the order after it being resent (thanks Danielle!) it did take a couple of weeks of back and forth! While I get there is a process for them to follow it was frustrating and did mean that the recipient didn’t get in time for their birthday despite ordering in well in advance!( not every order made Nov/December is intended for Christmas!). Recipient loved the products!”

“Product supplied is quality, delivery spot on. HOWEVER, I accidentally purchased the wrong weight gloves, which I immediately noticed and asked if this could be switched out within minutes of placing the order - not after it had been dispatched or picked even. The answer was no. Which I find hard to believe. I wasn't asking for a refund, or a change of brand, just a difference in glove weight of the same product and brand supplier. I've kept the gloves. But I won't buy from M4F again simply because of this.”

“Never received but hey I'm not going to judge MADE4FIGHTERS last email from the courier was 10 days ago to say a delay with them I'm sure PayPal will sort it out so I'll sit on the fence until resolved”

“Nothing wrong with the site guys but the sizing of the product was way out was disappointed the t-shirt I ordered was xxl but was definitely not xxl and yes it said it inside as well so not really your fault. Had to give it to my wife who is a woman's 12-14 and it fits as a medium..”

“Shoe size was large but in fact was closer to a size 7 Reading reviews it did state this would not fit a size 10 It would’ve been better if it would be made clear that this was a large women’s and not a large men’s Delivery and ordering with otherwise very good”

“Well what can I say about your preferred carrier, I am going to mention them “Hermes “ absolutely useless, I would imagine my original order is still in there hub, but I can say that after I sent an email to yourselves, you acted on it immediately and sent out a fresh order via DPD, they are brilliant, package arrived before scheduled and I was kept up to date by DPD, so happy here now”

“I placed an order, 2 weeks later I was still waiting for delivery! When going into the 3rd week I chased it up to find out Hermes had returned the package to the sender. The person I was in touch with through email did a satisfactory job by asking if I wanted to reorder or a payment return. Which I was given and ordered elsewhere”

“The gi is fine. Happy with the product. I purchased a lighter weighing gi for competition and it was not clear in the description of it exactly how much the gi weighed. I understanding why GSM is used, but this still leaves the consumer not knowing how much it ways. Perhaps include in the description the number of square metres of cloth used to make it. Also, the weigh of the gi top is measured in grams and the bottoms in ounces (the specific weight is given for the bottoms not the top). Why not put both in grams?”

“I was so excited to find this Gi! I wanted a Gi that didn’t always come open when moving and this V-neck pullover does the trick. I’m 5’6, 133lbs and ordered size 150. I should have gotten a bigger size. I did the best I could with measurements, but it only showed the measurements of the Gi and not measurements of a body so it was difficult to determine what size I needed. The top fits fine, but the bottoms were so tight it was comical. I had my 12 year old tiny daughter try them on and they fit her, albeit a little long. Since this company is not in the USA, I don’t want to go through the hassle of returning them. So I’ll just have to look for another pair of bottoms somewhere else.”

“Great value for there products but unfortunately when I purchased a gi worth £50 I got hit with a €20 duty tax when it arrived to Ireland. Not made4fighters fault but it should be something people outside of the Uk should told.”
