Product supplied is quality, delivery spot on. HOWEVER, I accidentally purchased the wrong weight gloves, which I immediately noticed and asked if this could be switched out within minutes of placing the order - not after it had been dispatched or picked even. The answer was no. Which I find hard to believe. I wasn't asking for a refund, or a change of brand, just a difference in glove weight of the same product and brand supplier.
I've kept the gloves. But I won't buy from M4F again simply because of this.
