“So impressed not only with the quality of the products sold by this company but also by the exceptional customer service I received when the shorts I ordered for my son's birthday we're delayed because of a less than efficient or effective courier service failed miserably to do their job. After speaking with Josie ( helpful, polite, efficient and wonderfully understanding customer service agent), the shorts managed to get to me in time for my son's birthday after an alternative postage service of Royal Mail special delivery was applied free of charge. I truly believed customer service of this level had expired a long time ago, but my faith has been restored by Made4Fighters.com, I truly couldn't have asked for a more positive retail experience and I would highly recommend them without hesitation as a reliable, friendly and incredibly customer focused retailer. Thank you so much for caring about your customers, it really is a rarity nowadays.”
