“The boxing boots I ordered were to small been trying to get in touch with you as I sent them back I need a size 8 but its a nightmare trying to contact you so I have no boots and made 2 payments”

“The unfilled Fairtex banana bag I received was folded in a way which has damaged the surface which will soon degrade with impacts. Also, the website is a complete nightmare … orders zeroing out and getting though customer services was nigh impossible.”

We take these situations very seriously and have taken up the issue with our supplier to prevent future recurrence. Our IT team have taken onboard your feedback with regards to the website issues mentioned; we could not find any technical issues on our end however will continue to monitor this. Our live chat is available on our website 24/7 where you can contact us Monday to Friday from 9-5pm, and outside of business hours you can leave your email address and we will contact you upon returning to work 😊 We pride ourselves in excellent service and apologise we missed the mark on this occasion.
