“The pins I ordered were exactly what I wanted. I had my artwork from the beginning, but I didn't know which type of pin to order. The design consultant was able to advise me based on my needs so that's what I ordered. So that was all perfect. Communication about the process and the status was consistently good, so I always knew where things stood. This was my first ever pin order, so I don't know what is normal. If I have any issue, it is the length of time it takes from order to delivery.”

“I was interested in re-introducing a small button badge that staff & volunteers of our military Charity used to wear (up until around 1891). We had one small original that was framed in our Head Office so we did not have much to work from. However, working closely with the design team at 'Made by Cooper' we were able to bring together a fantastic revision of the original design. The quality of the materials used and the exceptional customer service brought this small project together perfectly. I cannot recommend them highly enough. A special thanks to Corey who guided me through the design process and met every challenge presented !”

“Lovely work! Was a bit trepidatious as my usual pin manufacturer has vanished and choosing a new place is always risky, but Made By Cooper has the quality I was looking for. Good comms from the design team too!”

“I ordered badges for my wedding as I’m a girl guide leader and marrying a scout leader (classic) I was really impressed with the whole process withhelp in finalising the design, and the quality of the badges I’ve received. I am so excited to give the badges out at my wedding, and to my very excited rainbows who will be in attendance.”

“From my initial design and purchase and receipt of the first artistic professional design from Cory and the subsequent small changes swapping and changing things until I was 100% certain and very very happy was a matter of hours. Cory was patient and professional and so very helpful. This being my first order ever, I was a bit nervous waiting for the lapel pin badges to arrive but when they did I couldn't believe the quality of them and I kept going back to them all day and looking at them as I could not believe how perfect they were. So, a brilliant experience and well chuffed with the whole process. Highly recommended.”

“Made by Cooper went over and above for me to get our woven patch just right. They were quick to reply to emails and sent me some free samples, which helped me decide what best suited our needs. Adjustments to the design were made to ensure we got the patch just right. They delivered before the estimated date and I am very happy with the final product, delighted in fact. Much better quality than we achieved from past suppliers and the text is very clear and defined. I would definitely use again and recommend to other businesses. Thank you!”
