“i got the subscription service flowers, i don’t think there worth the money and my flowers came half dead i got roses and they were all brown and rotten at the tops along with another flower i don’t know the name of but it was smashed, maybe it was sue ti the delivery service, however it put me off buying again cancelled my subscription.”

“I have used Mad Flowers previously and have always been delighted with the service and quality of flowers. Unfortunately this time I was not as happy. The flowers were excellent the delivery was on time but the message included was from an order I made in March and had actually had another order in between. When the person to whom the order was for contacted Mad Flowers she was told this was the message I had requested, which was not the case. I was really disappointed when I eventually became aware of what happened.”

“The flowers I ordered were for the 90th birthday a friend to be delivered on the 17th March I was aware that it was a bank holiday but the order was accepted and confirmed so I had no indication that the delivery could not be made on the 17th untill it didn't arrive. The delivery arrived on the 18th the lady willnever be 90 again and I did call and did recieve an apology I remain very disappointed”

“I ordered a yellow bouquet that was supposed to come with a lovely WHITE jug as advertised on the web page, however the jug that came was very mundane and GREEN! I have noticed the jug on the webpage has now changed to the green one so I'm guessing there were more customers dissappointed as well as myself! There was also more white flowers in the bouquet than yellow, however my daughter was delighted with the delivery as they were for her virtual graduation. I on the otherhand was quite dissappointed as what I ordered DID NOT live up to what was actually delivered.”

“Bought two bouquets the cheaper was lovely the more expensive on offer €80 half price was very disappointing , looked nothing like the online photo eg no thistle flowers, card with message missing too, really frustrating as this was a gift for my wife’s 50th birthday. Would not use again”
