I ordered flowers on Tuesday after hearing good reports about Mad Flowers however I was disappointed with them,by Friday the Roses in the bunch had started to shed their petals. Also there was no correspondent to say my flowers had been delivered unlike many other flower delivery companies I had previously used.Its highly unlikely I will use Mad Flowers again or recommend them.

Gift card was forgotten in my order so recipient didn't know who they were from or what the message said. Contacted customer support and they just said they would pass on feedback to stockist

I ordered 30 Roses! There was only 27 and they died within 3 days would never order again especially for the price paid

Unfortunately not good. Expensive flowers that did not last more than two days befour all the roses and Gerbers faded and shrivelled up. I'll probably go to my local florist the next time. Since you asked for feedback.

When the delivery didn’t arrive I contacted Mad Flowers & was told the Order wasn’t uploaded on the system despite the financial transaction going through my bank account. My order was upgraded & was delivered on another agreed date with no greeting card details (despite giving them twice). Very dissatisfied!

Bought at request of my dad as birthday present for my mam. Bouquet looked lovely but flowers were dead within 3 days. My kids bought simular flowers in the supermarket for my mam they same day at a much lower cost that were still good a week later

I ordered flowers for Valentine's day and picked a bunch from the web site. The ordering process was fine but when the flowers arrived they were not what I ordered. There was a note saying that the florist could not supply what was ordered and had substituted a bunch of roses (which is not what I ordered and not what I wanted). As the florist had both an email and a mobile number for me I felt they could have contacted me when they could not deliver what was ordered and we could have agreed a substitute. I emailed the florist and told them this. The response was an apology and an acknowledgement that they should have called to offer a substitute. I think a small gesture of some sort would have been appropriate (e.g. an offer of a discount off a future purchase or a part credit). Overall not a good experience for me and I won't use them again.

For the price of the flowers, I thought I would have received an email stating when they had arrived at my friends house. I didn't receive an email and then the lovely card that I had written was meant to go on the flowers was not put on My friend had no idea who they came from. So it turned out I had to ask my friend if she had received my gift. I didn't think this was expectable! I wrote to Mad Flowers on Instagram privately to explain the situation and that maybe going forward correct these mistakes. I was shrugged off and told to email someone. I just don't think they are very professional to deal with.

Delivered on the wrong date, card was just a printed page which looked cheap! Flowers were good but lacked what was meant to be in the bunch! Not great service! ESP when I used them before and was happy

I didn't get a bouquet that matched what I ordered from the website. As this was for my wife's significant birthday, it was a major disappointment.

The flowers in the original bouquet were so poor I complained and got sent a second one which wasn't much better. The original ones were for my mum on my dads anniversary during a lockdown where she is living alone. It was crappy to realise I sent her bad flowers. When someone is ordering flowers they expect them to be fresh and at a time when we are relying on online shopping, it should be your opportunity to impress and gain business.

First time to use Mad Flowers, Christmas flowers for my friend and I wasn't impressed at all when I seen them for the price of them.plus she was at home all day on day off delivery but flowers were left in an unused proch of the house.

They were fine, really pretty! I know i got them at a discounted price,but I honestly didn't think they were worth that either. The boutique was very slim compared to the picture! Nice, but might not buy again!

Good service but flowers not up to standard for the price paid. Local SuperValu do a better selection for 1/3 the price. €55 for a bouquet containing no more than 3 roses
