“Beautiful flowers but they were delivered a day late and with no note. That really made for a disappointing experience.”

“Do not believe the "delivery time" offered when making an order as apparently they "don't guarantee delivery times" despite asking you to specify one.”

“I'm disappointed with the order. I received a completely different bouquet than the picture on the website. No information on delivery time, I needed to call them. Very disappointed, I'm not going to order again from this company.”

“Flowers delivered as promised, more foliage than actual flowers took ages to flower, leaves a bit withered and brown on tips not as good as previous bouquets I’ve received from Mad flowers”

“Unfortunately, as a result of confusion using the website on a phone, the result was not as expected. In fact, there was no result, and ended up canceling the order to restart and a refund remains pending. Hopefully be able to provide a better review on the next go around, but I will try again as the bouquets look really high quality ...”
