“Unfortunately not good. Expensive flowers that did not last more than two days befour all the roses and Gerbers faded and shrivelled up. I'll probably go to my local florist the next time. Since you asked for feedback.”

“Unfortunately 3 out 9f my previous 4 purchases I had to complain about. The flowers that were replacement of a bouquet that died after 4 days also went brown & didn't open. Very disappointed as I had used Mad Flowers many times over the last few years. Also the replacement flowers were not received until I contacted the company again”

“When the delivery didn’t arrive I contacted Mad Flowers & was told the Order wasn’t uploaded on the system despite the financial transaction going through my bank account. My order was upgraded & was delivered on another agreed date with no greeting card details (despite giving them twice). Very dissatisfied!”

“From ordering to delivery I got excellent service. A beautiful bouquet was delivered to a friend of mine who just went through surgery. The colour of the flowers were stunning and the vase rhat came with them was prefect . Thank you mad flowers I will definitely order again”

“We learned about mad flowers when our son got a bouquet for his mums birthday, which she adored, particularly because of the lovely jug the flowers came in. We got one foe a friends birthday which she still raves about. The only improvement we can think of would be an email or text to confirm delivery, otherwise we would highly recommend!”
