“Recipient delighted with flowers and chocolates. Was unable to find the card so didn’t know who had sent them! Might be a good idea to put the card in a prominent place among the flowers”

“We bought our auntie 'Nina's Christmas Flower Bouquet', requesting same-day delivery. Order status updates were received via email. The bouquet arrived as, and when requested. Our auntie is delighted. She said the flowers are beautiful. We are very pleased. Thank you very much indeed.”

“The flowers were less than described. Not as shown in the picture, which was really disappointing. Much smaller. I have used Mad flowers for years and this is the first time I was disappointed. Nice bouquet but not worth the price.”

“I’ve ordered bouquets from Mad Flowers on at least 7 occasions. The person receiving them, friends and family think they’re beautiful !!! Such a range of beautiful flowers to suit any budget and great offers. I wouldn’t buy flowers from anyone else. Excellent service all round.”

“Flowers were average, and you never checked the note before sending. The person receiving the flowers has no idea who they were from as you did not put a name on it . I understand everyone can make a mistake but you really should Check all orders before sending . So disappointing.”

“i got the subscription service flowers, i don’t think there worth the money and my flowers came half dead i got roses and they were all brown and rotten at the tops along with another flower i don’t know the name of but it was smashed, maybe it was sue ti the delivery service, however it put me off buying again cancelled my subscription.”

“Was disappointed with the flowers delivered particularly the past two we ordered were far superior We thought we had ordered a flower display as per the example on the web site but the flowers sent were a bunch which is not what we saw”

“Omg what a service.. I ordered late in the evening, for delivery to my sister in law for the next day.. I couldn't believe how easy it was to order, the flowers were delivered promptly the next day.. My sister in law was absolutely delighted with her beautiful flowers... They really are an excellent service and,extremely reasonably priced.. Won't be my last time to use Mad flowers.. xx”
