“Beautiful bouquet delivered for a special occasion Freshest of flowers used and an excellent selection in the white bouquet I made a mistake with the date in the online order - this was quickly changed after a phone call Dealt with in a very friendly and professional way I would not hesitate in using Mad Flowers in the future”

“Beautiful fresh flowers, as shown on the website and presented lovely.. I was a little nervous about ordering flowers online but they are fab. Great choice of Bouquets for all occasions to choose from. I ordered for my sisters birthday, she loved them 🎉🥳 Thanks Mad flowers I definitely will be using this service again.”

“The flowers I ordered based on the picture online weren’t the same flowers delivered. So frustrating. I ordered the vase but turned out it wasn’t arranged using the vase. Another disappointing point. I attached photos for evidence. Not gonna purchase here again.”

“I needed a last minute flower bouquet for a forgotten birthday. I ordered the flowers around 9-10am to be delivered the same day. The flowers arrived at 14:30 and looked absolutely amazing! The delivery was quick, reliable and simple. I will definitely order from here again!”

“Purchased sympathy flowers for same day delivery and the driver left them behind. I was emailed the morning after with an apology and was given the option of a refund or delivery on that day and the company offered to explain that the mishap was on their behalf. Overall I’m happy with the level of professionalism shown by email and by phone when I called later to confirm delivery. Flowers were beautiful”

“Ordered from Canada a funeral spray (pink) $110.00 pounds for my cousins funeral. Received bouquet mixed flowers in a carboard box (not what was ordered and undervalue of what was paid). Arrangement was (thrown over the wall) at the funeral home (funeral Directo)r reported the next day. Not delivered on time even though I sent a detailed E mail asking for special handling in case order arrived late (should have been delivered to gravesite of vendor could not deliver on time. Feel like I was taken advantage of because I was out of country. Will never order from this supposed country wide florist again !!!! Untrustworthy. Very disappointed”
