“As usual I booked my annual service and your technician arrived right on time. He was, as ever, efficient, friendly and knowledgeable not least when I realised that because my phone had broken a year ago I had been operating without the app. He corrected that - very patiently and we reset the system. After he had gone and we used it for the first time I realised that one of the sensors was not operating - it had been a bit sticky when he tested it. A phone call to you and he returned, replaced the faulty sensor and all is well. Excellent service. Thank you”
