“Lynx provided an excellent service from the time of quotation to completion of installation. Elliot installed the new camera and alram system to an extremely high standard of quality and workmanship. His professionallism was exemplory and it was a pleasure to have him carry out the install. Would highly recommend Lynx and Elliot to others.”

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We appreciate that payment is slightly different to previous years. It was a Company decision at the start of this year to politely ask that customers arrange payment for service renewals prior to our visit. This decision was made with the aim of reducing the need to expand our accounting team - we realised that we were spending an increasing amount of time on payment reminders over the past two years. To avoid the need to increase our costs to cover an expanse of the accounting team, we hope this change will make a positive impact so that we can keep our costs competitive for our customers. “Hi, Shane was very knowledgeable and patient explaining how to work the alarm as I had not maintained it for some years. I'm very grateful the alarm is working again to help me feel safe and for Shane to take the time to explain how to set / unset the alarm as being elderly and living alone you can feel quite vulnerable. Many thanks once again and I'm now on the list to keep up the annual maintenance plan.”
