“A gentleman came from Lynx Fire and Security. Went round and checked all sensors and contacts. Advised to changed main alarm panel battery as it was 7 years old and needed changing. Left batteries for fobs that were not at hand. Overall very good service and can't fault anything.”

“I’ve had my 2nd intruder alarm system installed by Lynx. My previous one lasted 20yrs!. The new installation went smoothly, I felt confident that I could operate this with ease. The procedures were explained thoroughly by the engineer who cleared any mess made prior to his departure. I would, without hesitation recommend Lynx Security for anybody considering an intruder alarm.”

“Planned maintenance carried out. I was contacted in plenty of time to arrange a convenient day and the engineer arrived bang on time and efficiently carried out the annual service. Only niggle I have is that I feel the price is a bit steep for 1 hour’s work!”

“Our engineer Dave, was fantastic. He did our maintenance check quickly and efficiently and was very knowledgeable and accomodating with requests about what areas to do first. We have been happy with our service overall, however, if we had one thing that could be improved on, it is the response time to when our alarm has gone off outside of the test times.”
