“Excellent service. Arrangements made well in advance. Email reminder sent before scheduled service. Assitional equipment ordered and delivered as promised. Shane was excellent. He has been to our house previouly and as ever he was prompt, knew exactly what needed to be done and took care to ensure that we fully understood how to use the new equipment/app.”
