“Fantastic Robell products at a good price with lots of choice. I would have rated ***** but I had to wait some time for delivery - however!....that was probably not due to Lucy Cobb but rather the delivery services in my area.”

“A friend from Saddleworth recommended the Robell Capri pants. I bought them after the summer but in anticipation of a winter sun holiday in St Lucia. Really loved the pants. Still hoping that St Lucia is ok!!!”

“Received great guidance when ordering a different style of Robell Trousers,being long waisted I had to return as I like clothes on my waist. Although having to pay for returns I am more than happy to do this and Quick notification of the refund was more than satisfactory.I will definitely buy from the store again.”

“Easy to order and quick delivery Website says order smaller size of Robell trousers as a bigger fit / I don’t believe they are. I am a 15 so ordered a 12 which are on the right side. Will be ok with a top over but not tucked in!”

“First purchase from Lucy Cobb and happy with packing, delivery and price. I bought 2 pairs of favourite trousers, identical apart from colour. Not the retailers fault, but one pair is mis-sized, which I didn’t discover before removing tags etc. Skinnier sister is delighted 😕”

“The only reason for the 4 stars & not 5 is I received a faulty item however the matter was dealt with promptly efficiently & professionally by Hannah. So thank you for your good customer service I appreciate it. Look forward to visiting the shop I always end up buying something 🙂”

“Very pleased with the quality of my Robell trousers and appreciated the advice to get a smaller size in the Bella range. Only one disappointment, the fact that I was so pleased with the ones I received that I wanted to buy another pair in needlecord and find my size is out of stock. I realise this is probably Robell problem rather than Lucy's, but it would be nice to have some indication of whether the requested pair are likely to materialise any time soon,”
