“Personal service and customer appreciation couldn't have been better! I received a personal phone call thanking me for my business and my purchase was hand delivered to my home. Not only did I receive a personal phone call from Louis himself to say that it would make it in plenty of time, but the personal delivery of one of their team members was absolutely professional and courteous. “Best customer service I’ve experienced in Ireland. Bought a jacket online and they delivered it directly. The jacket was too small so I contacted them by email. Got a response that I’d didn’t need to post it back and someone would drop a bigger one to me in the next five days. 3 hours later and they’d dropped out the replacement - top drawer!”
