“Outstanding Customer Service! I recently purchased items from Louis Copeland and when my order arrived one item was missing. I sent an email and received an instant response from Aaron assuring me that he would review the matter. Aaron kept me updated throughout and advised that my item had been shipped. two days after my item arrived with a lovely gift to make up for the inconvenience. Huge thanks to Aaron and all at Louis Copeland.”

“The most appalling lack of customer service ever experienced. Quick to make a sale and make promises of tailoring but a disgraceful lack of courtesy in follow up. Is this how a Canali representative should behave? I suspect not…”
