“So I came across this brand online and was a little apprehensive as I wanted to buy some good quality travel products for my husband and having never heard of Louis Copeland I wasn’t sure if they were the right people to buy from, well I cannot rave about this company enough. First off as I live in the UK I had a personal email warning of taxes that I would need to pay because we are no longer in the EU. Once I replied confirming I was happy to pay, the goods were dispatched in great time. When I received them the packaging was wonderful and the items are obviously great quality. I bought the weekender bag and a laptop bag and they truly are fabulous!”

“Excellent service, quality products, great selection, competitive prices. I ordered 2 shirts online in the evening and they were hand delivered by one of the Copeland team the very next day. I assume it was on his way home from one of the stores. 99% of other businesses would just leave it to the couriers and if the package arrived 2 days later, so be it. As a young man I remember Louis hand delivering garments to my father on his way home from Capel street and it's great to see a business that still has this commitment to excellent customer service. Well done Copeland team. I'll be ordering more soon!”
