“Excellent website , easy to navigate on line, placed order & was very easy to check status with follow up tracker service. Notwithstanding Christmas rush order was with me on time. What I really liked is the follow up personal mail with names & mobile numbers of owner & senior staff ,, this is a very nice touch .Clive Derham , Naas.”

“I highly recommend Louis Copeland & Sons. I purchased some gifts online. It was very easy to find what I was looking for and the layout of the site is very well presented. Checking out was very easy. Delivery was super fast. I did have to return an item due to sizing but it was very easy to return via An Post. The return was processed immediately and my refund applied to my card very quickly. I look forward to shopping with Louis Copeland & Sons again very soon.”

“I've bought from here for years...decades probably. NEVER had cause for complaint and I know if I did the staff would go out of their way to fix it. Great service in-store and online.”

“I’m a huge fan of double strapped monk shoes. I was after a certain colour and design which only Louis Copeland happened to stock. Their website is excellent and the ease of purchasing superb. I was also able to “live chat” and have my questions answered with clarity prior to ordering. My delivery arrived exceptionally fast, with customer services available every step of the way. However the magic was in opening the shoe box and seeing before me the exact shoes I longed for in reality and true to the online image and description in every way. To say I’m a satisfied customer is an understatement. A million thanks guys, truly appreciated!”

“I have always found the service from Louis Copeland second to none. Their packaging and attention to detail is impeccable.
