“As ever the range and service from Copeland's are on the money. As someone who is involved in retail, I can only admire the quality and consistency of the service I experience, whether in-store or more recently on-line. I can honestly say that I use my own customer experience of Copeland's as a bench-mark for the experience I expect our own business to deliver.”

“I never received my order was not kept up 2 date by your couriers which was returned to the shop. Haven't received my money back yet. What else is there to say it hasnt really gone my way has it.”

“I ordered a Paul & Shark coat online and it was delivered in record time. The coat was beautifully wrapped in a lovely box. It was delivered right to my front door by a really nice friendly lady called Jane. Incredible delivery service.”
