“I shop regularly in your Dundrum and Wicklow St branches and also online. I honestly believe you guys offer the best customer service and shopping experience around at the moment. Amazing staff ( we know each other on first name terms ) great to help you with different items or accessories, never a hard sell, always a a generous discount applied or loyalty points, free alterations, super quick online deliveries and on it goes. The fact I’ve dealt with almost the same people for almost 10 years says something about how you run your business and the loyalty you cultivate with the team. Also have a great experience with the newer staff who are equally competent and energetic. Every engagement is relaxed, welcoming and professional-something that I know is very difficult to do consistently and genuinely. I also think you have really update your game in terms of the range on offer. Some superb new labels and looks, that avoid the usual brand names on offer. Last of all I thought you managed the move to online during Covid remarkably well. I think I actually bought more from you then which shows real business acumen. I’m a fan, you deserve credit for a job very well done and please pass this onto the team”

“Extremely efficient service, very satisfied with the overall purchase procedure which the merchant. Highly recommended. Shipping with DPD had some issues but this is out of the control of the merchant. For shipping to continental Europe I will opt for DHL next time.”
