“Hi I have been shopping online with you for the last number of years. in all that time once there was an error with a stock item that was dealt with perfectly from my perspective to inform me of the issue and the item could not be dispatched. My shopping experience with you is 10/10 and I cannot fault any aspect of my shopping. In fact, if I order a size and it's not to my size I find someone else where possible to buy it and save the returns ......”

“I recently purchased some items of clothing from the Louis Copeland & Sons website. I found them to be highly efficient, with the clothes arriving within two working days from the time of purchase. The clothes were very well wrapped and boxed and came with a nice little thank you note. I have purchased from Louis Copeland & Sons in the past and will hopefully do so in the future.”

“ordered an eton shirt and arrived very promptly, I know my sizes, but the collar didn't sit right as an open collar shirt under a suit / blazer, so returned the shirt. received my refund and email acknowledgement about a week later. Did a new order once I returned, it was pretty seamless with an post picking up at the door. The new shirt arrived about 4 days after the order, it was a louis copeland white, superslim, 16.5 cut away collar, white shirt, perfect for open collar or with a tie.”
