“Everything was perfect. Very easy site to navigate - good visuals and the item arrived very quickly. One point - your system said that it had sent me an email confirming the order - but I didn't get it. The online chat assistant was very helpful.”

“I have shopped with Louis Copeland & Sons for years and have always found what I was looking for. they have always had a huge and varied range of top quality clothing. now that I'm working from home I have bought some smart casuals particularly for the everyday online meeting, teams calls and Zoom. With my most recent online purchase Louis phoned to thank me for the business and let me know when the purchases would be delivered. They were delivered promptly to my home by one of the guys from Copelands - very personal and attentive service is what brings me back again and again.”

“I purchased a Belstaff jacket from a UK retailer but it was too small. The only place I could find one in my size was Louis Copeland, so I placed an order. Shortly afterwards, their customer service team both called and emailed me to explain that following Brexit, the purchase would now be subject to import tax, and did I want to continue. I wasn't aware of the tax situation, but continued anyway. The jacket arrived promptly and packaged in a large cardboard box. It came in a suit cover bag, with premium padded hanger and hand a written compliment slip. The level of service was markedly superior to that provided by the UK retailer (who is regarded high end) who stuffed the jacket into a small plastic bag with a poorly printed delivery note. All in all, very impressed with Louis Copeland and will definitely be using them again as the price still worked out cheaper, despite the import tax now applicable following Brexit.”
