Not only did I receive a personal phone call from Louis himself to say that it would make it in plenty of time, but the personal delivery of one of their team members was absolutely professional and courteous. “Best customer service I’ve experienced in Ireland. Bought a jacket online and they delivered it directly. The jacket was too small so I contacted them by email. Got a response that I’d didn’t need to post it back and someone would drop a bigger one to me in the next five days. 3 hours later and they’d dropped out the replacement - top drawer!”

“Bought a number of items from Louis Copeland over the last few yrs and the service and quality is top class and if there is a problem you can speak to someone directly like my last order of a jacket and rugger top, delivery on Tuesday I made the mistake of ordering L when I should have ordered XL, no problem they delivered the XL nxt day and just swapped the order at the door, now that's service. May I add that the sales are genuine, when they offer 30%/ to 50% off that's what u get . I also got a call from Loui when the order was delayed.”
