“Hi guys, To be honest I don’t like shopping online but I must say the service I received was second to none. From the easy way to order. The item was beautifully packaged with a hand written note and to top it off a follow up call to see if I was happy with my purchase. I’ll definitely shop again online in Louis Copeland. “The super quick delivery and perfect presentation of my order has had me back to order 4 times through the lockdown. The LC boxes look great for giving as a gift too! The staff were extremely helpful in sorting out a returns through my poor sizing choice. Great service!!”

“I ordered from Louis Copeland several times coming up to Christmas and I must say I was absolutely delighted with the high standard of service from start to finish. The delivery guys were also very friendly and efficient and everything arrived promptly and beautifully packaged. Was very surprised when after Christmas Louis himself called to check that all was ok. All in all, a very pleasant experience 👍”

“What I Purchased was good but you advertised gift on birthday , mine was jan 28 th last month nothing came. So not impressed with your advertising feel it’s wrong . False advertising doesn’t impress me ., well I have to revise my review . Had a personal phone call from Louis , very courteous and fully explained website needs updating . Received a lovely gift to day which impressed me more . Now scored 4/5 for service etc . A great shop to shop , found staff always do efficient and pleasant so please support them in these strange times . Excellent online service . Well done Louis .”
