Everything excellent, just one thing. The trousers are to small and I am looking to return for a bigger size.. No phone number to organise that.

Usually shop in store in Galway where the staff are excellent. Shopping online now and very impressed that a mistake I made in ordering was picked up and rectified with a phone call.

What great service from Louis Copeland, both online and in-store. My parcel arrived in double quick time, I even received a message from the courier giving me my delivery time and he was bang on time. Highly Recommend using the LC website and not buying from abroad. #Buyathome ....

This was my first time buying from Louis Copeland and I was very impressed with the service. I had ordered just before government lockdown so my order was delayed when the restrictions were announced. The communication and customer service was top class. The order was a gift and came beautifully packaged. The quality of the items I bought were fantastic. The store had been recommended to be by a family member and i will highly recommend it to others. If you need to buy a gift online i would highly recommend ordering from this store

I ordered a navy Gant hoodie from LC, after a few days I got an email to say my money had been refunded and my order had been cancelled as the item was out of stock( a stockroom error). I then decided to pick a second choice colour which I ordered on the 21st of March.On the 14th of April I received another email to tell me that this item was also out of stock. This is not the service I have come to expect from LC. Maybe an investment in an accurate inventory system might help.

I would like to say many thanks for putting yourself out yesterday to deliver my order. It was above and beyond what you needed to do. Also the phone call to check if I was in. The shirt looks perfect exactly the way it looked online and am delighted with it. It is for a Birthday present so many thanks again. Not sure my other review went up with one Star but that was my fault. I had not seen email saying goods were suspended due to Covdi19. We are all living under stressful times. Thanks.

I know there’s a crisis, but I responded to an add, purchased some goods (which I look forward to getting) and received an email next day saying they’d be shipped when crisis is over, this should have been clear before I purchased as nobody knows how long it will last or what the impact will be - but I hope you manage through it and wish you well

Always find the customer service good at LC. I haven’t gotten my item yet but I’m sure it will arrive. Your customer service is up there with the best - I buy a lot online from Boss, Patagonia, Arcteryx who would be best in class and you’re up there with those

Great experience. My shirt arrived beautifully presented. Great information about delivery times. Unfortunately it was the wrong size but returning it was simple convenient and free of charge. I’ve ordered another one!
