“I've used Louis online a few times during tghe pandemic. Super service and super follow up. Bought a pair of slacks recently. Delivered to my door and my son took the parcel in. He thought the guy doing the delivery was o good. So friendly. Sorry but dont know the name 6 hyde park terenure dublin d6w ax76. Will deffo go online again.”

“Very good customer focus. Class packaging of clothing with tissue, boxed rather than a polythene envelope, and an old school but nice compliment slip. With very good attention by follow-up phone calls during and after the purchase. Higher standards than a lot of clothing suppliers.”

“A beautiful polo shirt arrived in one day. However, I was given a discount code to use in my online ordering and it would not load up. So I was not able to avail of any discount. Even a small discount on a sale of €84- would have been welcome. But it did not happen for my sale. This was the only disappointment. Thank you. Kathleen Jordan”
