“Excellent service as expected from Louis Copeland. I was called to double-check on alterations I was seeking and advised on this. Nothing less than I have experienced in the shops from staff in the past. Some of your questions below are difficult to answer: my order was placed online and then your staff telephoned me. Also, I was called more than 24 hours after the order was placed. No place for those answers below.”

“Very efficient service, great selection, if I were to be slightly critical, the website filters are not accurate, as in when you select a particular size , the available garment is not there in the size selected , otherwise very good”

“Ordered a sale item from the website . Got a phone call (Jessica ) that the item was not available but as it was a Louis Copeland error a similar item was sent. The Chinos received were in excess of €100 more than the sale item originally purchased..! Excellent customer service both the product exchange and the friendly team that delivered it”
