“I love going into any of Louis’s shops but usually Dundrum. The staff are so helpful. They know what to suggest and what suits me (I’m 73so far). I always seem to get out with a whole lot more than I went in for but it’s always enjoyable. Best wishes. John P Delaney”

“Although my order was cancelled with Louis Copeland I must commend their excellent service. After placing an order from Scotland they contacted me advising that there would likely be import tax to pay and asked if I was willing to proceed. I was worried about how I would receive a return of this tax should I need to return my order. For this reason I cancelled. My refund was processed immediately. Many thanks.”
