“Fantastic service, almost too good. Package included a Lilly O'Brien chocolate which had melted to a liquid mess in the heat! Luckily, clothes were sealed in the plastic bag so all good. Well nearly all good, sure the chocolate would have been tasty...”

“Customer service happens when your expectations are exceeded rather than met . LC & Sons made me feel like a valued online customer. A personalised thank you note and a small box of chocolates. One small suggestion ...I ordered large orders three times from you in quick succession over a period of 7 days or so. There was no realisation of this. Which would have made it perfect service . Otherwise ...flawless”
