“I ordered a half zip jumper and the order was processed but on checking sizes Louis Copeland refunded me my money and gave me a discount code to use with my next purchase. As it gave me 50% off of my next purchase I used it to purchase a half zip jumper of my choice. This was delivered to me and I am satisfied with my purchase.”

“I ordered an XL top online. Received an email it was out of stock a few days later. So I ordered a different top online but again told that top was out of stock. Didn't receive a response to my email asking what was in stock. Only reason giving a 2 is that I received a jumper on time which I'm happy with”

“I've made 2 orders in the last few weeks. After submitting my first order, I almost immediately changed my mind about the size of one the shirts I had ordered. I emailed asking to change it, and got a message back not long after saying that was no problem. Also, the order arrived with a lovely handwritten message inside, thanking me for my order. Overall, outstanding service. 10/10”
