“Excellent. Had a query about a pair of Swims before ordering - got a very prompt reply and had delivery within 2 days. What is particulariy impressive is that you make internet purchases very personal which in my opinion has the marketing edge. Hard to beat the personal touch. Will be ordering a second pair later today. Full marks to everyone!”
