“My husband spotted a English Premier League coach wearing a winter coat he admired. I figured out the logo, researched the coat and ordered it online, with location assistance from the Louis Copeland team. We are located in the United States, so this was all done quite remotely. It arrived and I'd ordered the wrong size. Not a problem, the team helped me locate the correct size, shipped the second one, and helped me return the first one. My husband is thrilled with the fit, feel and quality of his new coat. I'm beyond impressed with the Louis Copeland team members, several of whom went well above and beyond with their assistance, and proper communication throughout. Really terrific - thank you.”
