“Ordered a garment online which turns out wasn't in stock anymore. Store got back to me with an alternative garment that cost a higher price. This was delivered the next day at no extra cost. Absolutely excellent customer service!!!”

“I bought a jacket online for my husband for his birthday. However, he needed one size bigger. I took it into Cork to the Louis Copeland store and they were do helpful. The jacket size was not available in store but the arranged to get one sent to me. They were absolutely brilliant and the jacket is lovely.”
