“Excellent service from Louis Copeland. Received the product in perfect condition. Love it. Not thrilled with DPD though. I missed the drop. They never rang, left the item at my gate on busy road. It blew into my garden. Luckily enough”

“The site and purchase process were good, but I didn’t receive an email confirmation after I purchased items online, only an email asking if I wanted to complete my purchase. More full end to end testing required.”

“Thought there was an additional 10% off marked price off price by entering code x 10 however the marked price was paid 10% was not deducted on this transaction !!!!!”

“This is the best company for suits in Ireland. back in November I collected my made to measure suit for my college graduation. I love it everything I asked for was done. I was going for the Micheal Collins/Eamon De Valera/Peaky Blinders style of suit with double pleats, turn ups, 3 button jacket/ 6 button waistcoat, wide baggy legs etc. everything was accommodated. the customer service was fantastic too the staff were all very nice and took interest in you and I wasn't rushed and had some great laughs and chats. I will definitely return again.”

“Bought a UBR Redox Black Down Parka from Wayne in the Cork store, wasn't really for me when I wore it at home, arranged to return it last week, Wayne couldn't have been nicer in the whole process. Having showed me more options, I bought the Moorer Jacket. A wonderful shopping experience shown to me by Nigel and Wayne, one that I highly recommend.”

“I bought a voucher online and the process was very painstaking to say the least. First of all I did not get the chance to write a message with the gift card. I am sending from abroad and when I put my home address in they wanted 10 euros for the shipping even though the recipients address was in Dublin. I find thes types of errors on webpages a complete waste of time. Its not an easy process with Loius Copeland.”

“Bought the Morris wool zip coat on the sale. After wearing it a fee times I realised the sleeves were too long (in fairness the salesperson had pointed this out). Went back to the Dundrum store and the salesperson offered to have the alteration done within an hour at no charge. Couldn’t be happier. Super customer service.”
