“I bought a pair of shoes for my sons wedding and I love them.I then ordered another 2 pairs,which weren't suitable because the heels were too high. I had to return them.There was no problem and my money was returned. Really good service.”

“I ordered 2 pairs of shoes and they were both lovely, but the heels were a bit to high. I did check the height before ordering but when i got them i realised that i would not be able to walk in then comfortable. So i had to send back which was very easy todo and i have already had a email to comfirm my refund. I do have 3 pairs of lotus shoes which i love and can walk in comfortable. I think lotus are one of the best quality shoes”
