“I've bought my second Roman style sandles. The first l bought years ago for the summer and for walking in Spain, at times on rough terrain. They are still doing well and the stitching is still good, which is often the first thing to go with sandles. These new ones will stay with me in the UK.”

“Website was easy to navigate and well presented. Although no stock of the item I wished to order I requested notification from customer services as to when stock became available. I received a very prompt reply to my request and was informed a few days later that stock had become available and ordered the item. “I ordered three pairs of ankle boots they are a perfect fit and very stylish The price is more than I would normally spend but they are the only style I can wear The only thing I have found is the toes wear thin and are not repairable I have had occasion to return an item and it is not made clear about the return fee Apart from that I am very pleased with my purchase and will buy again Thank you Lotus”

“As I am a UK size 6.5 1 ordered 2 pairs of the Bertie loafers in sizes 6 and 7. The quality of the leather and workmanship is excellent and they were a bargain when the 20% Bank Holiday discount was used. With regret I had to return both pairs as the size 7 was too narrow for me and therefore the size 6 too small altogether.”
