“Great customer service. Spoke to someone before purchase about a magnetic hoop and she obtained advice from sewing machine engineer and gave me confidence to purchase said item. Very happy with service.”

“I am more than happy with Lords sewing. The staff are very knowledgeable and friendly and are keen to help. I bought a sewing machine last September and was given an excellent trade in price for my old machine. I have also ordered goods off the internet from Lords in both occasions they arrived next day. Lords is always the first place I look for goods.”

“I called Lords Sewing at 10 am today and after speaking with Yvonne, I made my way to the shop. There Andrew took a look at my Brother V3 embroidery machine, helped me to update to the latest software and installed the Upgrade Kit 1 for me so I can use my large magnetic hoop. I was so happy with the service and support. The staff are friendly, caring and really helpful and I was treated as a valued customer despite it being the first time I have interacted with Lords Sewing on the phone and in person.”
