“We looked at all the usual web sites for the best deal, Long Eaton AC gave us a better deal, deposit paid and they held our cooker until we were ready to receive it. What stood out from the crowd was the brilliant young man who gave us our price, really excited that he had the best price on the market. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for the best price”

“This the second kitchen I have had from this company and both times I have been thrilled with kitchen and appliance installation. However, I had my floor tiled and I am very disappointed with the tiler’s work. It was dug up after the first lay as it was so uneven. The mess of drilling up tiles was horrendous. My whole bungalow including the loft was inches thick with it. The second lay was not much better. Still lots of uneven tiles that I stub my toes on. I couldn’t bare to have it re-laid again with all the mess, so I now have to live with it. Have the kitchen fitters by all means they are brilliant. Ian our designer also did a fantastic job. My advice would be pick ur own tiler!”

“From the initial call to delivery of the item the service was excellent. Long Eaton Appliance Company sourced the extractor hood we wanted with ease. Call centre (Michael) we’re very helpful and updates re delivery were excellent. Wish I’d seen these before, excellent service throughout. Keep it up 😁”

“We decided to use a smaller supplier to purchase our new cooker. But at no point was it obvious on the website that there would be a 4 week wait for it. We could of cancelled (nearly did) as the bigger suppliers were offering to deliver within 5 days as they hold a small stock, but after a couple of email chats with sales, I was hopeful it would have been sooner. A little disapointed that after spending nearly £1000 there was not more communication from staff just letting us know that the purchase was appreciated and they hadn't forgot us. When eventually i got a call to arrange delivery they could only do a certain day not when i was available. Kept saying no cant deliver that day up north. The delivery men were super nice though very thoughtful and professional and i appreciated that very much. The cooker is really good and im getting used to it. Hi, Was nice talking to you today I'm am glad to hear you are enjoying your new range. I was sorry to hear you have been unhappy with the delay on your order, however i can see from our records that emails were sent on 8th April stating the exact delay with correspondence from you We did not have the item in stock, which is not unusual for a belling range cooker. Once your product arrived in to us you were rung and delivery booked in on a available day for your postcode .

“I used the kitchen fitting service and had some bits from LE but had my kitchen from a large retailer ... big mistake ... wish I’d paid a bit more and actually had a kitchen custom build for my room .. great staff ... very knowledgeable and will go back when I need my forever kitchen”

“Found the induction hob we wanted on the internet. We called Long Eaton Appliances rather than one of the sheds as they are pretty local to where we live. Price was competitive and the service and delivery top notch, Would definitely use them again.”

“The price for the item I wanted was excellent, one of the lowest I could find online. The problem though is that I don't need a 2 man delivery, or the complications that come from this, to get a food mixer. So I had to wait a lot longer than I believe necessary, only have a choice of two days for the delivery, and make a number of calls to get my mixer.”

Thank you for your review, We only use a white glove 2 man delivery team for all of our deliveries enabling us to offer customers an unusually low return rate with the products we sell. For your postcode , we only have certain available days per week . While we apologise for the slightly slower service than you expected. We are sure you will love your product

“Excellent knowledge of appliances in showroom so well able to advise. Exemplary customer service sorting out a faulty item...no quibbles. “Complete remodelling of our Kitchen and Utility Room. Long Eaton Appliances offered best prices for the items we needed. Informed and helpful service from start to finish and a brilliant delivery team. We were kept informed throughout the process, which due to factors governing the work we were having done meant that items had to be held for a delivery date stipulated by ourselves. Cannot recommend these guys too highly - magnificent, especially when you consider that point of delivery was up in the Scottish Borders. Thanks.”

“Had a fabulous kitchen installed by LEAC about 3 yrs ago. Developed problem with leaky tap. Phoned fir advice and - despite us being spectacularly out of guarantee - they researched and supplied the necessary new parts - all free of charge. This reflects all our dealings with the company - nothing is too much trouble! Don't know why anyone would go anywhere else! Thanks again. John and Kate Cooke Boulton Moor Derby”
