“Wanted a particular Miele dishwasher and searched for the best price.LEAC offered the best price. Unfortunately the model was not in stock, but staff kept me informed at all stages. Delivery was simple. Good staff, good system and great product.”

“Long Eaton appliance company provided a diligent and full advisory service on our recent purchases. They were extremely competitive on price which included delivery. They were able to store our equipment until we were able to take delivery but because Neff we’re running a grocery voucher system long Eaton went out of their way to provide the qualifying details so we could take advantage of that offer. It was an absolute pleasure dealing with them I have no hesitation recommending them and will use them again without question.”

Sorry to hear your feelings in this matter are not happy, but having spoken to you this morning on the matter. The tap you ordered was wrongly chosen by yourself , we would have offered a full refund on delivery back to us by yourself or we charge a small amount for our couriers to collect the tap which is what happen in this instant .

“We purchased a Siemens iQ300 curved cooker hood on 13th October and it was delivered on time - to the nearest 15 minutes! Excellent service - excellent cooker hood with very good extraction. Well done Long Eaton Appliances.”

“A really lovely company to deal with. I purchased a Fisher and Paykel 2 drawer dishwasher. Michael the salesman could not have been more helpful and friendly and the fitter Ian and his partner ( sorry I don't know his name ) went above and beyond the call of duty to fit it which proved to be a tad more difficult than usual due to an awkward gas pipe in our kitchen. The tension was in danger of making a happy woman very old but they got there in the end, phew! I would definitely recommend this company to my friends, actually, I would also recommend them to my enemies and the wider world.”
