“Had a frustrating day trying to find a retailer who ACTUALLY PHYSICALLY stocks Smeg fridges in Leicestershire. Drew a blank at Marks Electrical and Curry’s - advised to look online and order! N.B. (without visiting John Lewis, running out of time by now, enquiry as to whether stocks exist in store diverted via call centre, operative didn’t have a clue/drew a blank - was advised to visit store - so cannot say that there aren’t any Smeg fridges on display - to be fair). At almost 5pm I rang Long Eaton Appliances and explained my dilemma, they had all of the models on display so that we would be able to physically compare in terms of height/capacity mainly. They even unwrapped one from their warehouse new stocks so that we could look at the full range. We visited today, couldn’t be more happy! Every price and offer from other retailers was matched! We opted for a larger fridge/freezer in the Smeg range which we wouldn’t have chosen otherwise! We also ordered a Fischer Paycal dishwasher drawer which we were going to order elsewhere with an offer! On top of that Smeg will put 6 bottles of Italian Prosecco in with the order, and delivery is included free, we don’t need the appliances until next March and that is ok too!! Pinch me! No pressure sales persons hanging around either. Score and recommendation from us is 10/10 , 5 Star old school business service bang up to date! Thanks to Michael and his colleague, who took the initial call, for your excellent customer service. Steve and Helen R Leicestershire”

“Great price and happy with service but have to particularly mention Reg and Aaron who delivered the washing machine. Getting it in was not as straightforward as planned and they could not have been more helpful or understanding. Amazing service...thank you so much!”

“We visited Long Eaton Appliances 11/10 /19. Searching for an appliance bundle on entering the store we were warmly greeted by a staff member called Michael, a very pleasant helpful and knowledgable man whom was also a real likeable and funny character who didn’t pester us but when we were readyMichael took us around the store explaining everything we wanted to know about the products. The store has a great showroom clean spacious and full of on show appliances. Long Eaton appliances are very competitive, and I believe you will not be disappointed with this company I will recommend them to anyone. Great service great appliances and great staff especially Michael. A real credit to Long Eaton Appliances.”

“Thanks Google for introducing me to Long Eaton Appliances! I was looking for a really competitive price for ten appliances that I wanted for my new kitchen. There quote seemed too good to be true but living over 120 miles away I decided to take a chance. Apart from letting me change my initial order when some of the appliances were modified, Dave and Terry have always been at the other end of the phone to provide any help or information. Delivery was free and even changing my delivery date never caused a problem - thanks Long Eaton!”

“From order to delivery, your company have been super helpful, competitive and efficient. Not only did you arrange my delivery at very short notice, but when it arrived, I'd ordered the wrong size in an item. With and smile, the delivery driver arranged a replacement, which was with me within 2 hours! Very impressive customer service. Thank you”

“I had previously ordered a sink with a different company which was badly damaged in transit due to a careless delivery company. UK Stock was virtually non-existent and most companies told me they wouldn't be able to source the same sink from Smeg until at least mid-September. Staff member Michael went above and beyond and made the effort to contact the manufacturer directly and source one of very few which were remaining in Italy to be shipped to the UK, which arrived a month earlier than any other supplier could offer! Everything arrived on time and in one piece. Many thanks!”

“The seven electrical appliances were delivered on time by efficient polite young men They have now been fitted and are all working well I have not used the electric steam oven yet as I am learning the appliances one at a time The gas hob gas oven and gas grill work perfectly as does the Miele dish washer and Neff extractor. I am getting used to the induction hob and will soon embark on the process of learning how to use the steam electric oven ! The cost was well below that quoted by the company who fitted my kitchen and I have already given the details of your company to the next customers who are having their kitchen done by this company! They were sent to view our kitchen and I showed them how to save couple of thousand ! Thank you for great service at an excellent price”

“Out of all of the online outlets in the UK you people really delivered!
