“I would normally buy via AO.com, but having been let down on multiple times in delivery, I found LEAC and have used them twice now to buy and deliver. Each time good value and excellent delivery. Would highly recommend them.”

“I waited a month...patiently. It was only when I called that the company seemed to become aware that I didnt have the product. They were extremely friendly and efficient in dealing with it then....but I had to persuade them to reduce the delivery...which they declined to do. When they called back they reduced the delivery by 15 pounds. They declare honest...of which they are...and family orientated standings as to how they operate. I thank them for their time. Why dont we all just admit that thats how the world works instead of doing a PR interpretation of the events. Things go wrong....its how you put them right that matters.”

“I was initially attracted to the site having Googled a particular appliance and then price checked it. I needed six kitchen appliances and the two most expensive items were 20% less than AO and Currys. The other four items were equivalent. Now, I know the "big boys" offer a price match but if they can't give me their best price when they advertise, I would always place my order with a company that does. LEAC did not offer me next day service like AO but the three days I had to wait was more than compensated by saving a few hundred pounds. Their staff were polite and accommodating and gave me great advice as my original order would have been a mismatch and Michael explained this and helped me with alternatives. Delivery was on time and, again, the crew were polite and helpful. I have awarded 5* because they ticked all my boxes, especially on price and service, but if I was needing a next day delivery to replace a failed item, I 'm not sure if they could do it. It's not a question I asked as I was in no hurry and still blinded by saved £££ signs”

Many thanks for your kind rating. And to answer your question, in some cases if we have stock and is local delivery we can do next day delivery but it is all down to stock availability and we always endeavor to get stock out as quick as we can and as you said keep you informed .

“Excellent company, highly recommended. We purchased a full set of kitchen and laundry appliance at a very competitive price and received excellent knowledgeable advise from their showroom staff. At the time of purchase we weren't ready for delivery so they kept in store for several weeks for a small deposit and we only had to pay the balance just prior to delivery. Delivery team also excellent as they had to negotiate a building site to get the appliances into our property.”

“The price was good, staff were responsive to my queries about confusing specifications from the manufacturer and the LEAC delivery staff went above and beyond in an effort to help me retrieve the situation after I stupidly missed their early morning delivery of my cooker hood. I collected it elsewhere on their route and fitted it the same day. Thank you.”
